Hey, hey! I’m a registered dietitian nutritionist and licensed mental health therapist with a master’s degree in counseling. Throughout my 25-year career, I’ve helped thousands of individuals break through barriers and reach their health and wellbeing goals.

My own health history has included surgical complications that led to subsequent surgeries and cancer, and this fuels my passion for helping others navigate extremely difficult life circumstances. As a young person, I struggled with an eating disorder, and this informs my understanding and empathic approach.

Each person is unique, requiring tailored support. It’s not about the number on the scale. It’s about cultivating the mindset and habits that support long-term wellbeing.
